Play @ Biambi Yumba Park
Ormsby Rd (end of Fig Tree Pocket Rd), Fig Tree Pocket.
Meet 10m in the play­ground. Come and enjoy a lovely shady park. We’ll have para­chute play, ball play and all the usual play­ground fun. We’ll also say hello to the ducks so bring along some bread. *NB: Super­vi­sion near the water is essen­tial! BYO rug + food for morn­ing tea.

Mums Escape Night
Monday Even­ing, March 9
Here’s your chance to chat without chas­ing kids + clean­ing up mess. Meet 7.45pm @ The Pep­per Lounge for dessert + cof­fee. Shop 19 Loor­a­nah St, Jindalee (down behind the Jindalee Pool). Please RSVP to Amanda — pauleastment@​bigpond.​com to book.

Walk, Swim + Ice-​​cream @ South­bank
Meet 9.50am near the toi­let build­ing on Lower River Rd for FREE park­ing (the road on the way in to Kangaroo Point Cliffs).
GO: Vul­ture St, into Dock St which turns into River Rd, then Lower River Rd. Bring a pram for the walk in, swim­ming gear + money for ice-​​cream at Cold Rock. *NB: Super­vi­sion in and near water is essen­tial. We’ll be play­ing in the Aquativ­ity water play area if you can’t join us for the walk in.

Play @ Oriel Park
Alex­an­dra Rd, Ascot — prob­ably one of Brisbane’s best ever parks!!
GO: ICB (Inner City Bypass) which becomes Kings­ford Smith Drive, Left at Race­course Rd (7eleven), at the end turn left. When you reach the round-​​a-​​bout the park will be on your right. Meet 10am in the very beau­ti­ful, shady + fully enclosed park. Lots of great things to do in this park — fun for all levels of gross motor capabilities

Play + Swap Party @ KBC
57a Ken­more Rd, Ken­more — In the lower hall. Meet 10am. This will be a FUN morn­ing! Get your lit­tlies involved in the reduce, reuse, recycle pro­cess. Bring no more than 10 items in good con­di­tion that you’d like to swap (give away). Make sure you’re items are clean, usable and any­thing but fur­niture — no big item please! You will be given tokens for how many items you bring along then at a set time you can look for things you may like to take home using those tokens. It’s a whole heap of swap­ping fun and there’s a char­ity bin at the church for items leftover. Some ideas of items you may like to bring along.….

• kids clothes
• clothes for mums
• bags
• kit­chen items

We’ll enjoy a lovely morn­ing tea and the kids will be involved in some recyc­ling activ­it­ies. PS It’s a good idea to bring along a shop­ping bag to take items home in!

How does Mums on the GO run?
All out­ings are designed to provide child friendly activ­it­ies for tod­dler chil­dren. Mums are to be respons­ible for their own child/ren’s care. Out­ings will usu­ally run from 10am – 11.30am. Please keep sick (con­ta­gious) chil­dren at home to pre­vent spread­ing ill­ness to oth­ers. Most out­ings will be run at low cost or free. Please check fl yer for each events cost.
