When we worship …

…we are giv­ing actual phys­ical exist­ence on this earth to the spir­itual real­ity of God’s Kingdom.

Part of the reason that Ken­more Baptist Church exists is to glor­ify God by mak­ing dis­ciples of the Lord Jesus Christ who will cel­eb­rate the life of God through:

  • per­sonal devo­tion and prayer
  • the gath­er­ing together with the church for wor­ship, praise and prayer
  • con­tinual aware­ness and response to God’s presence.

We have a large team of wor­ship lead­ers, musi­cians, sing­ers, and sound, light­ing and data tech­ni­cians involved in our wor­ship min­istry, each play­ing a vital role. The mes­sages (ser­mons) are recor­ded each week. You can sub­scribe to our pod­casts or down­load our ser­mons dir­ectly here.

WORSHIP SERVICES

All are wel­come to our wor­ship ser­vices every Sunday at -

  • 8:00am Fam­ily Worship
  • 10.00am Fam­ily Worship
    • Both ser­vices provide the fol­low­ing facilities: 
      • Par­ents Room (babies up to 1 year) — video linked to the wor­ship service
      • Kids Church (ages 1 through to Grade 7 with Youth Church (Grades 8 – 9 dur­ing school terms — 10am ser­vice only)
  • 5:00pm Youth & Young Adult Ori­ented Service
  • 7:30pm Path­ways Train­ing Sessions**

**Please note: the 7:30 Path­ways Ses­sions are pre-​​registered train­ing courses that run at vri­ous times through­out the year. Please refer to the Event Cal­en­dar to see what is com­ing up.

Reg­u­lar ele­ments of our wor­ship services:

  • Com­mu­nion is held on the Second Sunday of each month at all ser­vices except the Heal­ing Service.
  • Guest Speak­ers: We reg­u­larly fea­ture some of the best speak­ers from around Aus­tralia and overseas.
