Prayer @ KBC
When we pray...
Prayer is the responsibility of every Christian. God's Word tells us to pray, however, we don't pray just because we have to; we pray because talking to God is a privilege. Prayer is entering into relationship with God so we can determine His will in the matter and call His will into existence upon earth. Talking to God on behalf of others carries a rich promise for all of us.
I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignityThe prayer ministry seeks to incorporate powerful and spiritually led prayer into all the expressions of the ministries and work at KBC, and to contribute to the importance or prayer at regional and national levels.
(1 Timothy 2:1-2)
