Guest Speaker: Peter Janet­zki
Peter Janet­zki knows only too well what it’s like being a bloke in the mod­ern world. More import­antly, Peter meets hun­dreds of blokes through his coun­selling ser­vice and speak­ing engage­ments. Now he  has writ­ten a book about it.

Peter is a Coun­sel­lor and Edu­cator in private prac­tice provid­ing indi­vidual, couple and fam­ily ther­apy. He has a Mas­ters Degree in Coun­selling and has almost 30 years exper­i­ence of work­ing with people in a vari­ety of set­tings, includ­ing as a Teacher, Youth Worker, School Coun­sel­lor, Advis­ory Vis­it­ing Teacher, Lec­turer and Coun­sel­lor. Peter is a Clin­ical mem­ber of the Queens­land Coun­sel­lors Asso­ci­ation and the Chris­tian Coun­sel­lors Asso­ci­ation of Aus­tralia, and a Registered Teacher with the Queens­land Col­lege of Teachers.

Peter has a num­ber of pas­sions includ­ing his fam­ily, mak­ing a dif­fer­ence in people’s lives, surf fish­ing (espe­cially at Fraser Island) and the Bris­bane Lions. Peter is a pas­sion­ate fam­ily man who has been mar­ried to Ner­oli for twenty-​​eight years and has two adult daugh­ters and a son-​​in-​​law.
